Super trendy clothing pieces and of-the-moment accessories are a thing of the past. This Christmas I’ve created a wish list filled with classic pieces that will last me for years to come. Let me know what’s on your wish list this year!
This year we celebrated family, friends, health, and happiness with a wonderful evening of turkey, wine, and all the traditional trimmings. Then we polished of our meals with pumpkin cookies and a few decadent chocolate desserts. It was a fun and relaxing night. Just what everyone needed before we turn our attention to the Christmas season. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
I make these Pumpkin Spice Cookies with Cinnamon Frosting every year during the Fall months. Not only do they fill up the kitchen with the sweetest aroma of pumpkin and spice, but they are absolutely delicious. My family and friends begin asking me to make them shortly after Summer ends. Luckily they don’t require a ton of ingredients and are quite simple! Look for these to become a Fall tradition. Recipe here.
Music serves many functions in my life. It relaxes me when I’m stressed, motivates me when I’m working out, soothes me when I’m sad, and moves me when I need inspiration. While I try to rotate new artists and tunes into my playlist, I still come back to some of the same old albums. Some of my all time favorites…
1 Ryan Adams – Demolition
2 Bright Eyes – I’m Wide Awake it’s Morning
3 Snow Patrol – Final Straw
4 Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers – Greatest Hits
5 Bob Dylan – The Essential Bob Dylan
6 Radiohead – Ok Computer
